Our Secret: Green Country Soil is more than just another bagging company. The secret to our quality products is Mushroom Compost. We use Mushroom Compost as the base product for many of our soil lines. This highly organic compost is the fertile medium used to grow tabletop mushrooms. Once the mushroom-growing cycle is complete, the compost is heat sterilized and becomes a very rich growing medium.

2009: With a new year approaching comes a NEW bagging facility located in Harrah, OK. Located just outside of the Oklahoma City metro area, this location will help with our continuous growth in the Oklahoma and Texas regions. We are also happy to introduce a NEW product into the Green Country Soil product line: Brilliant Red Aromatic Cedar Mulch! We have taken our very best mulch (cedar) and color enhanced it with an environmentally safe red dye. Because cedar contains oils that natrually repel bugs, along with its great aromatic cedar fragrance and is the longest lasting mulch on the market, we feel this is a winning combination and will be the BEST color enhanced mulch on the market.
